Our office and shipping location is 3925 Long Beach Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90807. Our retail boutique is located at 3925 Long Beach Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90807. Boutique hours are 11am-6pm Tuesday Through Friday and 11am-5pm Saturdays (closed Sundays and Mondays).

Lucy's Boudoir will be closed Tues Dec 25 through Monday Jan 7. We will be reopen Tuesday Jan 8.

Return Policy
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 business days of delivery for exchange or store credit. You have 14 business days to return your items for store credt. After 14 days, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. FOR SANITARY REASONS, THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON PANTIES.
How to Return/Exchange
- Please contact Lucy B for a return authorization number
- Return the item in the same condition as you received it (judged at our discretion). The item must be in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, in the original packaging. Incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Pack the item securely
- Clearly indicate the authorization number on the outside and inside of the package. If your items come back without an authorization number, our receiving department will not accept the package
- You are responsible for shipping fees sending the item back to us. Send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to: 3925 Long Beach Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90807. We are not responsible for lost packages
- Store credit will be issued in the form a of a coupon code which will be emailed to you. The store credit will be the amount paid for the item minus any shipping charges
- Customs, duties, postage and other related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded
