Shipping and Handling
Orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day or next day (except weekends and holidays). Orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days. You may receive several shipments to complete the fullfilment of your order. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. All backorderd items will be shipped out via standard delivery. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders and USPS Express Mail for International orders.

Shipping Prices
We charge a flat rate for all orders shipped regardless of weight.

Domestic (within the USA) Standard Delivery is Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Flat rate fee $7.00, delivery approximately 2 to 3 days. (Large orders are shipped with signature confirmation).

International Standard Delivery to Canada is Express Mail International. Flat rate fee is $24.00, delivery approximately 5 days.

International Standard Delivery to all other international locations is Express Mail International. Flat rate fee is $30.00, delivery approximately 5 days.

Return Policy
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 business days of delivery for store credit.  You have 14 business days to return your items for store credt.  After 14 days, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Returns are not accepted after 30 days. FOR SANITARY REASONS, THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON PANTIES.

How to Return/Exchange

~Return the item in the same condition as you received it (judged at our discretion).  The item must be in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, in the original packaging.  Incomplete returns are subject ot a 20% restocking fee.

~Pack the item securely.                                                                                                     

 ~Clearly indicate the authorization number on the outside and inside of the package.  If your items come back without an authorization number, our receiving department will not accept the package.                                                                 

~You are responsible for shipping fees sending the item back to us.   Send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to: Lucy B, 1611 S. Hope Street, Suite 'B' , Los Angeles, CA 90015.   We are not responsible for lost packages.  

~Store credit will be issued in the form a of a coupon code which will be emailed to you.  The store credit will be the amount paid for the item minus any shipping charges.                                                                                               

~Customs, duties, postage and other related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
